To make an order on our site, you need to select one or more products and add them to the basket, after which you need to confirm the order. You can also make an order by phone or by contacting us in any way that is convenient.
Orders on the site are accepted 24 hours a day.
When ordering, you must specify your full name, phone number and delivery address, and send measurements for sewing products. Measurements can be taken using our measurement chart.
You will be contacted by an associate shortly after your order, with whom you will be able to discuss the order details, select the product package, payment and delivery method, as well as to agree on the date when the order is ready.
The term of completion of the order is stipulated with each customer separately and depends on many factors. (Availability of materials, complexity of work, number of orders, etc.)
The order is considered confirmed after payment of 50% of the amount or full prepayment. When paying 50% of the advance payment, the balance is to be paid when the product is completed and ready for shipping.
You can pay by; PayPal, SWIFT, WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM, RIA, INTEL EXPRESS, VISA, MasterCard or to a bank account (payment is available in all banks of the world).
We deliver to all countries, worldwide via regular mail and delivery services MeestExpress and DHL. The cost and delivery are stipulated at registration of delivery. When ordering multiple products, the customer can receive free shipping.
To our customers, we guarantee honesty, integrity, high quality of work and high-quality materials. We always check the finished products for defects and dimensional accuracy. For many years of work, we have developed our own style of cutting and sewing. Our products are sewn according to church canons and made different from those produced by other workshops.
In the event of a complaint, the customer must inform us of this and send the product for further verification. In case of defects and non-conformity of sizes, we will fix all defects free of charge and compensate for the costs of sending or returning money for the damaged product.
Claims are accepted only regarding apparel technical defects and non-conformity of sizes. If the customer does not like the shade of fabric or fittings, etc. - No claims are accepted.
Shipment insurance is available for your order. In case of customer refusal of insurance, the online store is not responsible for the operation of the delivery services and will not pay any compensation for delay, loss or damage of parcels.
The goods, manufactured on an individual order, size, design and having individual combination of materials, modified on request of the client, are subject to exchange or return only in case of technical defects or incorrect sizes.
